All in the name of research

Researching alcohol has been tough. It's taken us to gin bars, distilleries, ale houses and cocktail bars. Not to mention a mile of walking in Bermondsey.

We've been North, East, South and West, sampling as much as we can manage.

We've also had to endure nights of cocktail experimentation.

Concocting and re-concocting until absolutely happy.

It's not been easy, but I suppose work never is!
